I am a writer and a librarian. As a librarian, I work in the library of a German university and have only little to blog about, because I'm of those behind the scenes and hardly ever meet any users about which I could write funny anecdotes. I like my job, but better I like writing and I'd love to be able to make a living of it. Right now, I list as "unpublished", though I used to write TV scripts for courtroom dramas, but I'm very ambitious, and yay, I have an agent!

What stands between me and bestseller fame is that when it comes to mainstream, I deny all conventions and rather do it the way I like, both with style and plot. So I'll most likely end up as an insider's tip, so I'm afraid I'm looking at a lifetime of librarianhood because indie doesn't make a living. Still, it's my own choise, so I won't complain about it.

This blog, albeit it's got a German title, is in English, which is my second language. I have more blogs in German, but not here. I do a lot of blogging, webdesign and other ways of procrastination. I also make music, but this is my writing blog so if you're interested in filk and folk, you're welcome to read it but you'll hardly find anything related. Still, I'd love to have followers. Feel loved. Etc.
